LCCA is returning to London Fashion Day as its official educational partner, with students set to open the runway at the event’s eighth season.
Taking place on Sunday 8th November at Porchester Hall in Bayswater, London Fashion Day brings together emerging designers and independent brands to share their work with a wider audience. LCCA’s student showcase will kick off the show at 1pm, followed by collections from other emerging designers.
Beyond the runway, LCCA is also part of London Fashion Day’s official Season 8 video campaign, which features a design by fashion student Gabrielle Nitu. The campaign introduces this season’s theme, Past. Present. Next., which looks at the connection between fashion’s history, the way designers create today and the next generation.
Founded by LCCA student Kostiantyn Lieontiev, London Fashion Day is a free-to-attend event that gives emerging designers a platform to present their work to a wider audience across fashion, media and beyond.
