LCCA is back at Graduate Fashion Week, one of the biggest celebrations of emerging fashion talent in the UK and beyond.
Taking place from 15th-18th June at the Truman Brewery, Graduate Fashion Week 2026 will bring together universities, students and industry professionals for four days of catwalk shows, exhibitions, workshops, masterclasses and networking opportunities. This year marks the event’s 35th anniversary, continuing its long-standing mission of supporting and showcasing the next generation of fashion talent.
This year’s event will also feature a partnership with F&F, including a dedicated Digital Innovation Lab, industry talks and a catwalk showcase.
What is Graduate Fashion Week?
Founded in 1991, Graduate Fashion Week was created to bring together fashion institutions and emerging designers from across the UK and internationally. Over the years it’s become one of the most important dates in the fashion education calendar, providing students with opportunities to showcase their work, connect with employers and gain valuable industry insight.
Alongside the catwalk shows and exhibitions, visitors can explore cinema screenings, workshops, masterclasses and panel talks from leading voices across the fashion and creative industries.
What is LCCA doing at Graduate Fashion Week?
LCCA will be taking part in a number of activities throughout the week.
You’ll find us at Booth 14 , next to the Cinema space, where we’ll be showcasing student work from across our fashion courses.
Our students will also have direct involvement in several exciting elements of the schedule. Fashion student Deanne Melody Forbes will have work displayed as part of the event’s entrance exhibition. LCCA student work has also been selected to close the Graduate Fashion Week Collective Runway Show.
We’re also excited to celebrate the achievements of Fashion student Cristian Orosa, who was selected for Talent of Tomorrow, an editorial project in collaboration with Cold Magazine. The feature showcases 30 emerging designers from institutions across the UK, highlighting the creativity, innovation and individual perspectives shaping the future of fashion. Looks from the project, including Cristian’s work, will appear in Graduate Fashion Week’s opening runway show.
Our students are up for awards…
We’re incredibly proud that two LCCA students have been shortlisted across three Graduate Fashion Week award categories.
Gayla Nedeva has been shortlisted for both the Fashion Portfolio Award and the Pattern Cutting Award, while Khaos Rose Blakk has been shortlisted for the Hillary Alexander Sustainable Trailblazer Award.
We caught up with Khaos to hear more about their nomination:
“I’ve always cared about sustainability from a young age so it’s an honour to be nominated for this award. It’s a great opportunity for me to further my brand and I’m looking forward to meeting industry connections at Graduate Fashion Week to help make my pieces even more sustainable in the future.
My goal for the future is to continue building collections that are sustainable and accessible for everyone.”
Khaos will also be showcasing their nominated post-apocalyptic themed Doomsday collection on the runway as part of the Graduate Fashion Week Collective Runway Show.
Judging and winner announcements for all three categories will take place on Wednesday 17th June.
Graduate Fashion Week is a ticket-only event taking place from 15th-18th June at the Truman Brewery in London.
