We’re excited to share that LCCA has officially partnered with BAFTA Games, giving students on our Computer Games degrees access to even more opportunities to connect with the games industry while they study.
As a Supporting Partner to BAFTA Games in 2026, LCCA students will be able to attend experiences including the BAFTA Games Awards, masterclasses, networking events and industry forums. This is a chance for them to hear directly from professionals working across the sector, discover how the industry is evolving and start building the connections that can make a real difference after graduation.
Our students are already making the most of the partnership. Earlier this year, our Games Design students attended the BAFTA Games Awards and BAFTA Games Forum, with even more opportunities planned throughout the coming year.
LCCA Managing Director Mark Brocklehurst said: “Partnering with BAFTA is an important step in strengthening the real-world dimension of our Computer Games degrees. Our Self-Made ethos is about empowering students to shape their own futures and develop the confidence to forge their own paths within the creative industries. Through this partnership, our students can access valuable industry insight, connect with professionals working across the sector and experience first-hand the conversations and innovations shaping the future of games.”
