- Information on the Use of Non-Disclosure Agreements:
“We will not seek to put in place any provisions that have the object or effect of preventing or restricting any student [or member of staff] from disclosing information about an allegation of harassment and/or sexual misconduct, which in any way involves or affects one or more students [or members of staff], to any other person. This means that we will not impose any non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality provisions that could: (i) prevent any student [or member of staff] from disclosing any such information, or (ii) inhibit any discussion of these issues that might support those who have experienced harassment or sexual misconduct, or (ii) prevent such issues from being aired and properly addressed.” - Reporting any incidents of Sexual Misconduct
If you feel you have experienced any incident you may consider to be sexual misconduct at college you can chose to report it using the dedicated anonymous email below.
